After the familiarization workshop for new FP7 NMP projects on metamaterials manufacturing, the European Commission requested the project to expand and develop the materials presented in the workshop into a form of a review brochure on nanostructured metamaterials. The ECONAM project contributed two chapters, one of them (Characterization Theory and Measurements) on the subject of this project.
